Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Switch).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping And Handling Orders within the United Kingdom only: £10 and below incur a flat p+p charge of £1.50
Orders between £10.01-£20 incur a flat p+p charge of £2.00
Orders over £20 incur a flat p+p charge of £3.50
Orders over £50 p+p is FREE
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away to any postal address in the United Kingdom. We will normally send your order to you within three business days. We will contact you if there is likely to be a delay.
Back Orders
We do not keep any items on back order, if out of stock. Payment will be adjusted to suit.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you receive any consignment from us that is damaged, please notify us immediately. All orders will be dispatched in perfect condition, and we request that, where possible, you obtain evidence of damaged packaging before opening it. A claim for compensation, where necessary, will need to be submitted to Royal Mail.
If any item sent to you by us is faulty or incomplete, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at our cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty goods, if required.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completly satisfied with your purchases from us. However, if it is necessary for you to return an item to us because it is damaged, faulty or incomplete, we will issue a replacement free of charge. If the item is damaged in transit, a compensation claim will be submitted to Royal Mail.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been submitted but not yet dispatched, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee. The cancellation must be confirmed in writing or via email.
If you wish to cancel an order after dispatch, you must return it to us at your own cost in perfect condition within 14 days. We recommend that you insure the parcel and obtain proof of postage. We accept no liabiltiy for parcels dispatched to us but not received. A cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Remittance Terms
All orders are to be paid for before dispatch. If you are paying by cheque, we may not dispatch your order until the cheque has cleared. To pay by cheque, please complete and print out your order, then post a cheque payable to Craft Art UK to us.
